Bed Linen, Towels, extra Towels for the Pool & Gas & Energy, the Wood is included in the price.

You pay only 150 € - 200 € for Cleaning for 1 week. (short stay 100 - 150 €) The days for the arrivals are different, you can contact us please. From 16 - 18 Persons you pay 25 € per night, per person extra! You can rent the Villa in the pre season also only for to be 9 persons with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen!

Price 2020

April 2020 - 2 days minimum = 900 € per 15 persons, 1 week = 2600 €  

May 2020, 3 days = 1400 €, 1 Week for 15 Persons = 2800 /  9 Persons = 2000 €

Juni 2020 = 5 days minimum 2500 € for 15 persons/ 1 week = 3200 €

July  - August, 1 week for 15 Persons = 3800 €

30. August - 5. September, 1 week for 15 Persons = 3400 €

6. September - 31. Oktober , 1 week for 15 Persons = 3400 € , 5 days minimum x 500 € = 2500 €/ 1 week for 8 Persons = 2400 €

November - Dezember = 2 Days minimum stay x 500 € for 15 Persons , 3 Days x 370 € for 9 Persons.

Sylvester 2020,  1 week for 18 Persons =3900 €, 5 Days = 3200 €

From 16 - 18 Persons, you pay per persons per night = 25 €

From 15 - 18 Persons you have the whole House wit 8 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, 2 Kitchen. For only 9 Persons you have 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and 1 Kitchen.

You can book a privat cook & 1 woman for the service.

The price for 1 week, 1500 € ( to be 15 persons, from 16 - 18 persons, 100 € per person, per week)  and 12 € - 15 € for the purchase, per person & per day.
