Juni :Minimum stay 5 Nights = 3500 €, 1 Week = 4800 €

Juli & August : Minimum stay 1 Week = 5200 €

September & Oktober: Minimum stay 4 Nights = 2900 €

5 Nights = 3400 €, 1 Week = 4600 €

November: Minimum stay 3 Nights = 2200 €. 1 Week = 4600 €

200 € for Cleaning, 200 € Bedlinen & Towels  & Towels for the Pool,. Energy & Gas & Water is included.

For every Person more 150 € per week, per day 25 €

In September & October you can also book the half Villa for to be 8 persons. Price on request.

May: Minimum stay 5 Nights =3600 €, 6 Nights = 4300 € , 1 Week = 4700 €

Juny: Minimum stay 7 Nights = 5000 € 

July & August: Minimum stay 7 Nights = 5400 € always Saturday

September & October: Minimum stay 5 days = 3600 €, 6 Nights = 4300 €

1 Week = 4800 €

November on request

For Cleaning you pay 200 €, 200 € for bedlinen, Towels & Towels for the Pool. Energy , Gas & Water included in the price.

For every person more 150 € per week, 25 € per day

In the Pre Season you can also book the half Villa for to be 8 persons, price on request.
