200 € for Cleaning, 200 € Bedlinen & Towels  & Towels for the Pool,. Energy & Gas & Water is included.

For every Person more 150 € per week, per day 25 € /

September & October only the half Villa/ 8 persons/ 4 bedrooms, 1 Living Room, 1 Kitchen, 3 bathrooms = 2800 € all included

September & Oktober nur die halbe Villa / 8 Personen/ 4 Schlafzimmer/1 Wohnzimmer,  3 Badezimmer/ 1 Küche = 2800 €, alles inclusive

April: Minimum stay 4 Nights = 2800 €, 5 Nights = 3450 €, 6 Nights = 4150 €,1 Week = 4500 €

May: Minimum stay 5 Nights =3600 €, 6 Nights = 4300 € , 1 Week = 4800 €

Juny: Minimum stay 7 Nights = 5200 € 

July & August: Minimum stay 7 Nights = 5500 € always Saturday

September & October: Minimum stay 5 days = 3600 €, 6 Nights = 4300 €

1 Week = 4800 €

November on request

For Cleaning you pay 200 €, 200 € for bedlinen, Towels & Towels for the Pool. Energy , Gas & Water included in the price.

For every person more 150 € per week, 25 € per day

In the Pre Season you can also book the half Villa for to be 8 persons, price on request.
